Staying independent as long as possible is a goal for most adults. As individuals age, remaining at home may become more difficult, and assistance with certain activities may be needed.  In-Home Services are those services and supports provided to an individual in his or her home to assist them with aging in place. 

Home Delivered Meals

Provided to older persons who are unable to prepare a well-balanced nutritious meal for themselves due to a physical or mental disability.

Home Support

Provides light housekeeping, home repair, and home maintenance to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for older adults. Staying independent as long as possible is a goal for most adults. Personal Assistance Service

Provides regular, specialized assistance with activities of daily living in the consumer’s home.

Personal Care

In-home assistance may be provided for individuals with limited ability to perform daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, or dressing.
