As individuals age, living at home becomes more difficult. In-Home Services are provided to an individual to help them age in place, either in their own home, a relative’s home, or in an alternative community living arrangement. Support for those who care for older adults is also available.

Help is available for family members or friends who provide care to an older adult loved one.
In-Home Support
The OPTIONS program provides help at home with personal care, meals, and home management.
Home-Delivered Meals
Home-Delivered meals are well-balanced, appetizing meals delivered to individuals who have difficulty preparing nutritious meals.
Grandparent Program
This program provides help and support for grandparents and other older adults raising children.
Community Living Arrangements (Domiciliary Care)
The Domiciliary Care Program, or “Dom Care,” provides a community living arrangement for eligible adults in a family-type environment and is similar to foster care.
